Watching the AB's on Saturday night, I noticed the quality and clarity in the picture was soo much better on TV3 vs SS1 - should it be this way if they are both HD?  I have MySky HDi with the HD Ticket, running on a 40" Sony Bravia LCD via HDMI.  I've noticed that a lot of the SS1 stuff is not as clear and sharp as it use to be. Saturday nights rugby HD quality on SS1 was terrible compared to TV3.  TV3 in general seesm so much clearer - not that I watch it often, but Survivor and CSI is amazingly clear.  The US golf and Tour de France seems to be the only real clear programs on SS1.

Its not any setting somewhere that could be affecting this on TV or Sky Box?

I would have thought that they'd look similar on sky because they're from the same original source. Maybe you've lost the hd sport channel and are watching SD?
