Myself and my business partner both had problems with our TX95c phones (blue-tinted pxts, loss of text messages if you received one while you were composing one, corrupted pxts etc)
We took them into a telecom retail store and theyve been sent away to have a new software update installed (we get tacky kyocera phones in the meantime...). Might be worth a shot for all TX95c users :)

can this be done at any telecom shop?
i will do this very soon , bceuase my phone has loss connection a few times

I believe so, we took ours in to the telecom shop in Shore City Auckland

All software upgrades on handset , can be taken into a Telecom shop, however they will send it to a service center to do the upgrade, as the shop can not do this
