Here's a cautionary tale with MobiCity. I'd used them for years and they were pretty good but read the unedited transcript below, and this is the last time I will be dealing with them. As background, these two chargers - the S4 and the Zoom look absolutely identical. The only way to tell them apart is the product code in very small type and of course the battery is different.
In the final email, Mobicity deny ever shipping chargers for the Galaxy Zoom which is really annoying as clearly they shipped the wrong item. The moral of the story is that when you receive an item from them check every detail. In my own case I did charge the battery to check that the charger worked when I got it - what I should have done was then immediately put the battery into my S4, and then I would have found I had been shipped the wrong item. As a matter of interest I ordered this on 3 / 11, it was shipped one month later on 4/12 and I received later in December. Which makes me wonder if somebody in the warehouse just chucked in a Galaxy Zoom charger to get rid of the order -that's pure speculation on my part, mind you. Anyway here is the transcript. As I said, the camping trip I have just come back from is the first time that I used it and discovered that Mobicity had sent me the wrong item. Prior to that I had no reason to believe that Mobicity had sent me the wrong item. The two chargers look exactly the same visually, it’s only when I went to change the battery over that I realised it was the wrong item that had been sent to me.
You may wish to mention to the sales team that based on this experience I will certainly publish on Geekzone that it is essential to immediately inspect Mobicity items when they are received to confirm that the correct items have been supplied, if it is not exchanged.

I understand you concern however you have had this battery since 1st December last year it's been over 2 months. Just now you reported to us this item doesn't fit in with your phone. I don't think we can allow any replacement on this battery but I'll try to speak with our sales team I'll get back with you tomorrow.

I refer to the following chat script with your agent Bea. The issue is that I have received the model Samsung EP-B740CEWE which is for the Samsung Zoom S4 not the Samsung S4 phone which I have. I have only just found out about this because I have only just used it when we went camping for our holiday and found that the battery does not fit.
