My vote goes to the sonyericsson z1010, closley followd by becuase of the symbian OS the nokia 6630. The new LG - not played with is OK (I'm told)

Don't you think that the motorola a1000 and e1000 are great phones? I have the e1000 and a few of my friends have the a1000!

Wow its pretty difficult to keep up to date with teh constant flow of New high end 3G and multimedia phones. Still enjoying the n-gage QD and Z1010, but teh motorola RAZR V3 is pretty cool. ultra slim and very powerful little phone with a large screen. Its not 3G and there are only a handful of mobiel game for the phone at the moment.

Speaking of the Nokia 6630, does anyone know when it will be released in NZ by Vodafone?

I'm imagine it will be before the middle of this year, but I'd like to know more precisely.. They may hold off on releasing it until their 3G network is ready?

Just moved to Thailand and bought a 6630 last week.

It really is an amazing phone and internet connection speed (I use it as a modem for my laptop) is about 5 times faster than my old 6230.

AIS Thailand are for some reason have decided to charge data access by the minute (1 baht about 1.5p/min) which means I get more bandwidth for the same money.

Nice move mate - I really love thailand - spent 6 month there in Krabi jumping off the Cliffs (BASE) and climbing - when I make some money that's where I'll be!

Its a lot better (and warmer) than London thats for sure. Lasted 34 years there had to run to the sun.

Off to Vietnam and the Philippines to take my PADI IDC course traded life in the city for one underwater. Do they do a water proof phone case for the 6630? ;-)

Sweet - just use a clear aqua sac - about £10 in any dive or outdoor shop! You'll have a blast.

Have a good 1
