Hi all

My first post on the forum and hoping to get some help or advice.

I have a N95 I bought 8 months ago, it would always vibrate once when I get a message (in SILENT MODE), this morning I noticed it stopped vibrating.

Screen would just light up when I get a new msg, I tried calling, it still WON'T vibrate, in SILENT mode it would vibrate continuously wheN I get a call.

Vibrating is really helpful, as I always use the phone in SILENT.

Any ideas? I've checked the settings and they seem fine, I have NOT changed any settings.

Cheers for any help

Michael

8 months in silent mode with vibrate on?...it might just be had it.

My old Samsung did that...I believe it simply because I used it to much and wore it out, and thats sounds like what you have done...
Silent mode/vibrate should realy be used sparingly when absolutley required, as vibrate does involve parts thats will wear out.

AWWW :(, you serious?

If so that's terrible news.

But the thing is, I don't text that much at all, on average only 2-3 texts a day, sometimes I would text a lot in a short time, sometimes I would not text at all in 2-3 days.
