Hi,

The flex cable in my 6265 needed replacing, so I got a doner phone that has a good working cable in it. However, after putting the cable in my phone the 789 keys and 2 of the navigation buttons no longer work. I have no idea what caused the problem, and as I say, I know the flex cable is all good.

Wondering if anyone could help me resolve the issue?  any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Kevin

Thanks

I did check them out but thought it wasn't really worth it since I had brought the phone second-hand and for less than what they charge
