hi i brought a new r6 phone and sim card. sometimes up to 5 times a day it comes up on the screen 'no sim detected' has anyone else had this problem? is the sim to scratched? or is it just another problem with this phone?

sounds like a faulty sim. i bought an r6 for my mother. works flawlessly.

Never had that issue but have had a raft of other problems. It is a bad phone...

If your talking about duplicate contacts and or the phone appearing as it is roaming, there is a fix out.


Go to a Telecom store and they will replace your SIM free of charge with an updated one.


To the OP best to go to a store and get them to check it out, if it's the SIM it may need replacing. Note that there is a charge if the SIM is damaged, however if it's just faulty Telecom will replace it.
