Hey, for christmas I recieved a telecom R100 (uses ZTE running system) and today I have installed telecom joinme to connect the phone to my computer (Running Windows XP)

I have followed all the trouble shooting steps

Reset phone
Reset computer
Re install Telecom Joinme

I have Service pack three and the connection is working (it connected and installed all the drivers)
But for some reason telecom joinme isn't picking up the phone

Any help here?

P.S. when I open telecom Joinme it has an empty list of things I can connect to, If I press connect then it says list index out of bounds (-1)

if that helps at all

Hi - I am having trouble with the Joinme software as well. I have loaded and reloaded the software, updated the drivers, restarted the phone and the pc, but still get several errors adn haven't yet actually been able to get into the programme. Mostly i get error 'Exception Edatabase error in module joinme.dll at  0006604D'. I went into device driver and updated the drivers and the handset now shows up under modems and ports and says it is working fine. Since I have done this, the phone now recognises that it is connected to the pc, but the application gives the error message when I select R6 from the list and click connect. Once i was able to get options for handsets in the drop down list when you open the app, but mostly it has R6 or an empty list.

I have logged a help request with Telecom online and got a message that I would be contacted within 24 hours, but 3 days later here i sit. I phoned them tonight and after speaking to one person was transferred to faults (???) and left listening to the ringing phone for 10 minutes before giving up.

Can anyone here help?

Thanks very much
