can someone please point me in the right direction for info regarding the removal of said apps...

my main gripe is the clutter on the start menu, i've tried deleting registry entries

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start\ ~ un-wanted apps ad nauseum

with no success

The shortcuts for Start Menu in Windows Mobile 6.5 are files in the \Windows\Start Menu folder...

for me only google maps & a couple of others can be killed there...

i'd like to lose windows live, ms my phone, search phone, market place, opera, pics & vids, youtube, oh did i say the 2 sim card widgets?...

If they are not in the Add/Remove programs then your only choice is to install a third party ROM without those.
