Hi All,

I'm keen to setup a single folder and then add files on an ongoing basis. I'm keen to do this for my Music Video collection.

I have been able to initially do this by using the "Group" option and load a "Music Video" folder with files, however I'm unable to add to the same group because TIVO creates another Group with the same name, but a different date.

Is there anyway around this?

Also, is there a way of creating a playlist so it will play one music video after the other? I thought I read somewhere that Tivo would read a file Windows Media Player playlist file?

I do something similar using pytivo - I followed instructions somewhere on the web to create the group (sorry I don't have a link available). Basically it involves creating a file "default.txt" with a seriesId line in it.

You can play all files in a group one after the other by pressing the play button on the tivo remote while the group is selected (so before you enter the group and see the list of videos)
