There was a company mentioned a few times here that I can't find the name of, very highly regarded for their expertise with Joinery. 

We have 1 Trifold Door leading to our deck and a bifold window, both which could use a bit of re-aligning so they open and close nicely.

Anyone mind sharing the name if they know it?
