Hi there,

I am wanting to get access to ESPN and FOXSPORT channels. Does anyone know how to get access to these please? Just want to watch Australian Open finals.

I use DNS4ME to access Netflix US version which works fine if it helps.

Many thanks in advance!

Could just sign up to Fanpass for a day/week if you really want to watch the Aus Open

Australian Open is on Channel 7 which is available freely in NZ (no DNS proxy required).

Note: I checked Foxtel guide and it isn't on any Foxtel sport or ESPN channels.

Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

Thanks guys.

I tried watching it on the Channel 7 streaming link but the streaming was absolutely terrible; stop start stop start. Was not viewable really.

(I am NOT on fibre just general broadband but have no issues when watching Netflix so the bandwidth must be good enough for movies but not for sport streaming o.O ?!)

Try playing it at a lower resolution edit the best at the end of the livestreamer command to 360p

example

livestreamer --http-header "X-Forwarded-For=101.175.18.124" "hlsvariant://https://sevenwestmedia01-i.akamaihd.net/hls/live/224814/SYD1/master.m3u8?__nn__=4502508189001&hdnea=st=1446115500~exp=1446117300~acl=/hls/live/224814/*~hmac=757ff18a59c73a734c7e5dbe4dd1fb81861d222b3296e4a71312f7072916d815" 360p

as the command to play it

I'm on a Spark ADSL connection and have no issues (only peaks at 3 Mbps) at all using Spark DNS (only forward Netflix DNS requests to Unotelly).

I understand Channel 7 is geoblocked to Oz, so do you not need Unotelly to run it? Channel 7 does NOT run for me if my unblocker (DNS4ME) is not engaged.

You don't need any geo unblocker if you use the livestreamer .bat file
