Hi Guys,

I got a Roku device and I am wondering what are the channels you hire to have a better access to digital content as Fox, HBO, etc.

thanks guys

How did you add them? Because usually, I found a few offers as MachTv

I'd stay away from MachTV and the like.  Just change your Roku Country to US and you can add these through the channel store.  You'll need an unblocker like Getflix too.

make sure that when you activated your roku you were using an unblocker (e.g dns4me) to make it load into UK or US regions, otherwise content is quite limited.

You can factory reset and start again if needed

I set up a UK roku account.  Means I get access to bbc (for the moment until the license comes into effect), bbc sport, netflix, channel 4, itv, 5 on demand.

Personally find them much easier to deal with than the-you-must-have-a-cable-subscription US channels.  Though I do miss vudu.

I switched from UK to US as you can still download the unofficial BBC / ITV apps and you also get the paid US apps.

I used private codes - can't recall all of them but this site includes a bunch, incl Filmon (BBC etc) and Australian Channels.  I can watch Seven / Nine / ABC on demand which is cool.
