I recently signed up for Prime video and it works all good. I want to access Prime reading but when I go to my browser and login to my amazon account, it doesn't recognise me as a Prime customer. It asks to join Prime. Has anyone else had similar issues like this? Contacted Amazon but they had an auto reply saying they are not replying to emails due to Covid-19.

Welcome to Geekzone.

Amazon's "Prime Video" isn't the same as Amazon Prime.

Pretty sure Prime Reading is included with Amazon Prime, but it's definately not included with Prime Video. Hope this helps.
