Just wondering. The expression is used quite a bit and I can't find anything on NZ money, just US.

So yeah, if someone's got some free time and money lying around could they work out the value of:

1000kg of $100 notes -
1000kg of $50 notes -
1000kg of $20 notes -
1000kg of $10 notes -
1000kg of $5 notes -
1000kg of $2 coins -
1000kg of $1 coins -

If anyone wants to do the small change too then by all means.

Thanks guys, it will be another interesting but useless fact I can bring up around morning tea.

1000kg of the following coins has the following values (give or take)

10 cent coins = $30303
20 cent coins = $50000
50 cent coins = $100000
$1 coins = $125000
$2 coins = $200000
