How do I connect my PC to my Pioneer 50 inch plasma tv?
Manual says I need a 15 pin analogue RGB cable and (a stereo mini jack cable which I have).
There is a vga and dvi connection on the back of pc, which one do I connect to.
The dvi is connected to my pc screen.
When I google rgb cables I can't find a cable that matches the one in manual which has a 15pin male connection at both ends.
Help please.

15-pins RGB which is the VGA DB-15 connector. Check your plasma display panel and see what is the supported resolution. and set up as a secondary monitor (extended desktop) or mirror if you want to duplicate a portion of your main screen. Some video driver is smart enough to enable automatic screen-pan when mirroring. Some even able to lock down to a portion of the main screen and resolution, to display on secondary monitor. some driver can even display any full-screen known-video-output, and/or any GDI-overlay video onto secondary monitor.

take a bit to fiddle, can get quite confusing and frustrating for the first timer.

good luck.
