I have had this for some time. From the time I have brouht it every 2 or 3 weeks I have need to reboot it as it unplug the power. Ether the screen looks up just stops responding to the buttons (on the unit or the remote). Is there a software update or something for it?

Hi, the firmware in both the certified boxs should be as uptodate as they can be as they recieve automatic over the air (satellite) updates, none have been putout for some months, both boxs (Zinwell/DSE and Hills) have reputations for dodgy firmware with not particularly stable operation, if you want a more reliable solution get a Strong or Topfield FTA STB, they are also half the price.
