Hi all

think there are some people on here that run media portal on their HTPC.  If so do any of you also use an antec fusion remote case.  Need to figure out a way to get the built in lcd display and remote to work with media portal if i can.

Cheers for any help :-)

Works a treat, but be aware that you are restricted to the use of MCE remotes or compatables. Also, the tripple-tap feature does not work with this case. ie. if you search for something, you can only display numbers from the keypad ... not the letters. If you can handle those downfalls, then you will find the case software is very configurable.

thanks guys. Just wondered how you set the system up then.  Far as i can see the remote that comes with the case is not MCE compatable?.  Any help in setup would be really appreciated..for both integrating the lcd display and the remote

Cheers

I had to purchase a remote separately since none came with my case. Have they started supplying remotes with them now? If that is whats happening now, then I would be surprised if the remote they supply isnt MCE compatable since one is required to work with the case ... unless they've moved away from the SoundGraphs iMON VFD solution?

EDIT: Ah, sorry. After a bit of snooping around I found the Antec Fusion Remote is marketed as a case with remote control. Still, it says its MCE compatable so no there shouldnt be any problems other than those I commented on eariler.
