I have just installed a NOVA-S-Plus DVB-S card in my HTCP running Vista x64 MCE with TV pack 2008 installed with all hotfixes. Channels on 12483000 Transponder works like a charm but channels on 12456000 stutters and i get many artifacts on the screen. Any ideas about this problem would be great

You need to check your skew as you are getting inteference from a vertical upload.

The LNB that points at your dish needs to be rotated slightly so that it isn't picking up an overload of Horizontal and Vertical signals.
