Hi everyone, thought best to say hello! 

I work in the sports industry but am a huge fan of technology and how it can enhance sport/athlete development. 

I am really keen to get some advice as I have a startup website being developed for sports coaches, and on the advice of a mentor I hired an Indian firm through Elance --- 4 months down the track and there have been so many errors/mistakes etc after very clear briefs which has worn me down. All good learning but with a small budget to work with, I wondered if anyone had any ideas for locating enthusiastic designers/developers in NZ that may have a passion for sport?

I had approached some web design firms in NZ prior to getting advice from a mentor and all were extremely $$$$ at a time when I am keen to start off small with a basic site and get proof of concept. Not a huge budget to work with so would be keen to entertain the idea of partnering up with someone as the idea has good proof of concept in some other countries! Maybe this network of GZ will know someone/somewhere to look at?
