I have a confession.  I've been a non-participating reader of these forums for several years and have at times learned a lot from the contributions.  Its certainly been entertaining, ofetn funny and at times infuriating reading.  But I haven't added anything so actually feel a bit guilty.  I feel a little better now for having said that. :)

My other confesssion (disclaimer really) is that I work for Gen-i managing a corporate sales team.  So any comments I make are clearly going to be at least a little influenced by that.  But if I can add anything of value, then I'll do my best to do so.
