I'm looking for a middle range laptop for uni and also to watch movies on through HDMI out.

I found this for sale on pbtech.

Does anyone have any experience with this laptop? I think it ticks all boxes for me apart from not having an ssd.

I've got one. It's a reasonable laptop. I disabled the touch pad and use a wireless mouse but all touch pads annoy me when typing.

The screen is better for watching movies. I don't know about the hdmi out as I haven't tried it.

Otherwise no issues with it so far.
