I recommend saving more money.

Can you get something that will play LOL for that price? Sure. Can you get something that will play it with maxed settings? Not a snowballs.

I'm assuming by "full graphics" you mean "With all the pretty graphics settings maxed out"
You won't find many if any proper gaming focused laptops for under 2k, and even at that price they won't necessarily run LOL at max settings (and LOL has fairly low requirements compared to other games)
