I have an Acer Aspire V5-552G Lap Top which was purchased from The Good Guys no longer in operation anymore I am not able to go back to them.
It was a replacement for another devise that also didn't live up to it's adverts, not only does it not have the all internals that are advertised with this model.

I have another problem that I need help with, I don't see any indication when the cap lock keys is depressed using the keyboard whether it is on or off,  when the one screen keyboard is used the keys light up. Is there a light in my keys or some indication on the screen where I'm not looking, the lack of indication has caused a problem resetting a password with google, that's another story.
