It's time to upgrade my HP Pavilion DV6 after six years of use, before I burn the house down with its heating issues. Although I am going nuts trying to figure out the right laptop to purchase. If you can, please suggest your recommendation to suit the following needs / requirements:

Used for general web browsing and Microsoft Office use. No games.

Physically view before purchase

Ultrabook (not interested in 2 in 1)

15"

Intel i5 / i7 Processor (Skylake?)

SSD Drive 160gb

HDMI Port (open to using adapter if really have to)

Price range $1600 tops

Was looking at the HP Probook 450 G2 , but I believe this model is quite old (2014)? and isn't much of an ultrabook.

Just to aid your search I don't think vendors use the term 'Ultrabook' to market anymore. The term was licensed by Intel to vendors in marketing ~13" thin PC laptops with SSDs and without optical drive under specific Intel hardware configurations.

Lenovo, Toshiba and Dell are my preferred brands, in no particular order.
