Hi,

I'm in the process of choosing a replacment hard drive for my Sony Vaio Z1SP laptop, however I'm not sure which one to get.

I've been looking at the 100GB SEAGATE Momentus 7200.1, 7200rpm, 8MB cache, S-ATA but I'm not sure if the S-ATA will work with my laptop.

Sony haven't been much use, so any help would be appreciated. The alternative is to go for the ultrat-ATA.

Any help appreciated.

you'll need to go for the ultra-ATA option as your laptop doesn't support SATA.
