Can someone help me?

I brought a $1600 hp laptop in Dec 2008. Half way through 2010 So 18 months old it had a battery fault it was sent away under extended warrantee where the battery issue was fixed but then it came back with a new problem which it had never had before. It keeps freezing left right and centre. Basically since July last year on and off Noel leeming have been sending it away to extended warrantee people they have sent it back to me at least 4 times and every time they say the fault is fixed and it never is. 7 months later I am sick of this battle and not having my own laptop especially since the fixing extended warrantee ppl created the problem in the first place. Hp don't want a thing to do with it because the extended warrantee people created the problem and Noel Leeming do not want a thing to do with it because it is under extended warrantee.

What are my rights under consumer guarantees?
