A bit vague, what speakers, laptop, OS, are you connecting via jack or usb etc etc.

Make sure all connections are in firmly and properly, check the sound levels in Control Panel/Sound.
Is the volume up on the Logitech volume box? Is it switched on? Restart the computer with the speakers plugged into the laptop. If still no luck, just take the lappy and speakers into PBTech, they will check everything for you, no charge.

Also try different speaker configurations in Control Panel eg. 2.1, Desktop etc.
