I live in a development area where only Vodafone is here.  Sadly no telecom.  However I have signed up with Vodafone cable etc and am on a 12month contract.  I have no issue with that.

However, I would certainly change over back to Telecom if they brought a line into here...east suburbs of Christchurch, so it it central.

I have been through their web site but cannot find a person to email to.

Anyone have any clues

On their website is a 'email us' option from the 'contact us' page.

From your description it sounds like there is no copper in your area?
If so, best way to get on Telecom will be with UFB. This could take a while until Telecom is servicing your area though.

My views are my own, and may not necessarily represent those of my employer.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.
