I bought a new spark sim card about 2 weeks ago with the $19 smart music pack. When I put the sim in my phone it didn't have the plan so i then called *123 to change my plan. It said i would get a text when it was changed but i never got a text, i tried a few more times with no text and i don't have the plan. Also I talked to someone from spark on the website and they said i need to call *123 but that didn't work. Can anyone help?

Ummmm - is there a particular reason why you haven't gone into a physical Spark retail shop in all this time and gotten it sorted out while you wait?

Have you tried going back to the store where you bought the SIM card?
