It's been a long time coming, but Bigpipe UFB is now available in Hamilton!

We're also in various other Waikato locales (including Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Tokoroa) so use the address checker on our site to see if you can get it.

If you felt compelled to get UFB with another provider while you were waiting, we totally understand - that's why we've got our UFBSWITCH promo code. If you've already got an ONT installed you can switch to us and get a solid two months free on any of our UFB plans. It's available for anyone, existing customer or not. The only requirement is having fibre/an ONT already installed.

And if you've been holding out but you need a new modem that'll cope with UFB speeds, you can get the Bigpipe Modem (a Huawei HG659 that'll work brilliantly on all our plans) at the special price of $99. Even if you're an existing Bigpipe customer, you can still get the modem for the special price if you're switching plans.

We've been waiting for this moment for a long time, and we're stoked to finally be able to offer UFB in Hamilton. I used to live there and I even checked my old address to see if I could get it. SUCCESS. Get amongst it!

Hey guys,

New Plymouth and other regions won't be for a while sorry - at least a few months.

Atm thinking I'll just sign up for bigpipe VDSL and then switch as soon as it's available
