Not sure how older e-mails can be saved this website. Yahoo used to keep several days worth...but since the change-over, this new site holds absolutely ziltch once they've been sent out to you. (Think the capacity's there for storage, but can't see how to alter things)

The new Xtramail interface will hold emails until they are deleted just as was done with Yahoo.

As long as permission was given all your data will have been transferred across to the new Xtramail.

This sounds potentially like you may have an email client (say outlook) set to download emails via POP3 and delete emails off servers (this is a typical configuration)

So who do you contact to alter that, or is there somewhere on my e-mail page (incredimail) I can do myself?

Glad this one came to gz, something the front line would have struggled with.

Easy solution, just outside of support bounds!

Incredimail and an ISP mailbox. The worst of everything.
