I brought an Okta Mondo at the weekend mainly because I liked it and it had a mp3 player.  Well since then I have spent all my time trying to get music files from my xp pc to the mondo without any luck.  I have tried loading the disk and it just wont even recognise my phone.  What am I doing wrong?

Try putting it into mass storage mode, you should be able to copy to the music folder when connected.

Thank you for replying.  What do you mean by mass storage mode?  Is that a function somewhere on the phone.

I can't remember the exact wording but it should be accessible from the tools menu. It may be called 'connect to pc'.
