Has anyone actually received their free bonus Samsung Smart TV for purchasing a mobile yet? I was told it would take 4 weeks to deliver but they didn't give me a tracking number to keep an eye out.
I waited 1 week and talked to live chat who said I had no TV order and that I had to go back to the store to re-request it? I found this really odd and lazy customer service.
I went back into the store the same day and was told that they have re-requested the TV but they can't give me a receipt or tracking number as my original receipt covered it.
I waited another week and talked to live chat again who said that no order had been placed but that they can place an order now online for me. I asked them to follow up with me in 1 week with the tracking number. 2 weeks later no response.
Has anyone actually received their free bonus Samsung Smart TV yet?
