Hi all,

I am trying to decipher a Telecom bill and am unable to decipher the data part of a bill.

Does anyone know what "RC" relates to in the Telecom billing world? Line entry on the bill is

- Data Miscellaneous Charges: RCs

This looks like a manual entry (but I could be wrong). I suggest contacting 123 to see what further detail is in the system that was not presented on the bill.

More info.

RC = Rental charges
Any new product or service added to your bill during the month will be shown on two separate lines.
The first line shows the charges for the next full billing month in advance. The second line shows the charges from the date the service was connected to the end of the current billing month.
If a product or service has been removed, a credit amount will show with 'cr' beside it.link:http://www.telecom.co.nz/content/0,8748,158-200763,00.html
