Every time I try opening the internet browser on my phone, this error tends to occur.
'Error #2048
Registration failure. Your internet username and/or password may be incorrect please try again'

I'm having trouble understanding that.

I could usually go on the internet when I wanted to back in the first few months after I got the phone, but it doesn't work now.

If it helps, I have a Samsung Envy (Samsung M510)

any help would be appreciated

xx

Have you either rang 123 to talk to customer service rep or taken you phone into a Telecom Store?

It is working for me.

To TayxX, if you bought this phone from a Telecom dealer it should just work. If it's not working, contact 123 to check your account, etc.

If you didn't get it from a Telecom dealer then it sounds like wrong settings. If this is the case, have you updated the settings since getting the phone?
