If your prepaid, give the prepaid help desk a call on 0800 32 32 32 and ask them to send you the settings (this is done over the air in a series of messages) or if you postpaid, call *123.

Good advice for 90% of the devices out there... just happens Palm like Blackberry are one of those devices the CSR's can't push settings out to :( Blame the OEM not TNZ please ;)

Next would be this page if you know roughly what menus to click on the Palm...

Ok I?ve found this on http://forum.xda-developers.com/archive/index.php/t-279755.html hopefully lcavada has got it right and I have transposed the right IP's etc!

1. Start, Settings, Connections, and then tap the Connections Icon
2. Under "My Work Network" tap Add a New Modem Connection
3. Name it TelecomMMS and under Select a modem select (GPRS,3G)
4. Under Access Point Name type: wap.telecom.co.nz
5. Username, Password, and Domain is left blank and then click Finish
6. Now, go into Proxy Settings and check "This network connects to the Internet" and check "This network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet"
7. Under the Proxy Server box type: 210.55.11.73
8. Tap the advanced button and tap on the HTTP line. Make sure the HTTP settings shows 210.55.11.73:80. If not, change it.
9. Click the OK button a few times to get out of the settings completely.
10.Now go to Start, Messaging, Menu, then Options, Advance, then Click Manual, and then the Edit button
11. Message center number +64277439010 ??? (Need this confirmed by Neal or another TNZ SME)
12. Email center number is ???
13. MMS gateway address is 210.55.11.73:80
14. MMS URL is http://lsmmsc.xtra.co.nz
15. Finally under Network Profile select: My Work Network and then click ok.

Just to note I haven?t tested this and could make things worse so please try with caution until someone with a Palm can verify.
