Can't help you with anything else but the flash isn't on the phone, it clips on the bottom you have to buy it.

For saving words, enter then in multitap (old style TXT) then switch to T9 and scroll back and forward among the words you entered in multitap and they should underline. when they do, press Space and repeat for further words. Try somethings like "l8r, m8, txt, mcdonalds" and try Maori words like Manukau Tainui etc.

(This is the Design model for "Tegic T9" or "Type on 9 keys")

Some phones don't support it but works on the older generation Hyundais.

Let me know your outcome.

for the pictures, try two things,

Selecting the picture in gallery and then looking in options -> assign to contact
Selecting the contact and selecting "add picture/ringtone to contact".

of course the phone may not support this. shame there aren't different ringtones for different people TXT's alerts,,,, now there's an idea!

Thanks Paradoxsm, the predictive text can be taught now, didnt know you had to buy the flash!! lol No wonder it doesnt work..

I cant assign pictures/sounds to people texting or people calling me from what i can figure out, only one to outgoing and incoming calls, and of course a picture to wallpaper/screensaver. Thanks for your help!!

P.S: Would there be any reason for my phone to sometimes turn itself off and then back on (by itself, hope i havent bought a faulty phone)
Cheers

Could be crashing software or take off the battery and *lightly* rub the little gold contacts with a cotton bud, that usually helps.

No worries :-)

you can assign ringtones for txt/calls and also pictures for each contact.

go into your phone book and then find someone you want to assign one too, press ok to go into their details then use the down button to scroll down past the numbers etc, there should be some options after that to add these to the persons contact info. press the left soft key to bring up the menu then go to change to change the ringtone for that person.
