My LG Groove's screen has cracked. Badly, and a repair will cost over 130 dollars. Instead i've bought a new phone, but I REALLY need to get the 'notes' off the phone - if that's even possible, plus the photos too. And I also want to send a whole bunch of messages saved in my outbox folder and drafts folder.

The problem is, being unable to see what's going on, I have no clue what's going on.  When I connect my phone to my pc, it doesn't show up in my computer. Apparently you need to access 'connectivity' and switch it USB Cable, then mass storage.

If a) anybody could give me step by step instructions as to how to do this, that'd be amazing

b) anybody could give step by step instructions as to sending drafts and messages from the outbox, to a specific number that i can type in, that would be incredibly helpful too (remember I am completely blind in doing this)

c) If 'accessing connectivity and selecting USB and mass storage' isn't the thing to do, step by step/ tips on the best way to get photos of phone/memory card would be great. And like I said, does anybody know if it's possible to transfer 'notes' from your phone to pc?

Any help at all would be much appreciated, I'm stuck in this matter, the files are quite important to me

Thanks so much

If anyone with an LG Groove, knows where the connectivity button is, that in itself would be a be help.

I had a quick read of this userguide and I didnt find a solution but there is a reference on page 72 about using a micro sd. I assume if it had one you would have removed it to check if files are there.
