Hi, I am using a TP-link VOIP modem to access the open vfx phone service.

I can not for the life of me figure out how to get voice mail enabled on this line either through the modem or WxC's settings.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

You just need to dial 082210, Voicemail should be enabled ,you will see it in your portal

Some info here,

http://www.xnet.co.nz/phone/voip-phone-line-vfx but if you login to the web portal under messaging you will all the web control options for voice mail.

Opps sorry one last question, you did ask for Voicemail as its not turned on by default, the agent you would have dealt with should have asked you ?

Hi, I was not asked about voicemail and assumed it was standard as with my old certified vfx line
