it is taking around 5 minutes to exit from the sent message screen back into the main menu...
the phone also gets stuck on the messages screen???
 I did use the phone in England with an english sim card and it has never been right since
I wonder if there is a way to reboot the phone??
has anyone had the same kind of problems
should I just smash it into a million peices????.

Hi Saradrift,

I'm not familiar with Sagem handsets, but have you tried this?

1. Turn phone off

2. Remove battery

3. Wait 30 seconds or so

4. Refit battery

5. Power up phone and check whether the bug has gone

If this doesn't work, another Geekzone member may know how to do a master reset on the device, which should return all settings to original defaults.

Thanks for that but yes have tried that...someone suggested freezing the phone to reset it?????any comments on that????

Freezing the phone doesn't sound like a sensible move. :)

Have you tried taking it into a dealer that sells Sagem phones to see if they know what the problem is?
