hi i been wanting to get txt200 for a while now finally tried to do it today.

1. first i checked my balance through the sim2 menu and it was at $10.29
2. i went through the sim2 again, but this time to pricing plan to change it to supaprepay which it did just fine, and i sent my confirmation txt 'yes' back.
3. received txt saying i am now on supaprepay, then i procedded to buy txt2000 by txting to the number.
4. it returned that i did not have enough credit.
5. then i checked my balance again through the sim2 menu and it said i had $9.99
6. tried to buy txt2000 again, yet still insufficient funds, repeated this a few times. then gave up till i got home.
7. sent one txt message.
8. checked my balance again through sim2 menu, and came to $9.49

i only sent one legitimate txt the whole day so my balance should have been $10.09

i rang up vodafone and after half an hour the gave me my txt2000 and reset my acc to $0. however i was wondering where the credit went and they told me i was being charged 30c for some of the sim2 services ie checking account balance (which goes to 98700) etc which should be free. i then asked for them to check my account history to see if this has been happening previous to this ... they said it had it had. i asked to be refunded for the lost credit however they said it cannot be done. then i got into a huge argument which i tripped the operator up so many times leaving them speechless.

they kept saying it not their fault so they dont have to refund me, then i said why did you give me txt200 then? "you acknowledge its your fault thats why your giving me the txt2000 but you can't give me my credit back?"

then after it kept going back n forth, she said are you happy with your txt2000, i said no, because i paid $10.09 for my txt2000 when its only $10 and also your not refunding or crediting me the money i've lost using your supposedly "free" services. then after a while she said "ok then so you want me to cancel your txt2000". i was so angry and said "so now your just trying to cut me off?"

i angrily accepted that this was not going anywhere, and was left with $0 balance and txt2000. i asked speak to her superior, and she said no ones there, when i could clearly hear others in the background. i then asked for the operator's full name which i got but don't think is true. grrrrrrr i'm so pissed. still not very happy.

well basically i'm just wondering if you guys can check your balance using the sim2 menu, send and message the check balance via sim2 menu, to see if it changes (mines about 30c). and please reply, i can't be the only one.
