I recently asked Telstra Clear to supply me with a new phone number to our new house. I then asked our normal telco to transfer their services to our new number, which they did. That was six weeks ago. I find out today that Telstra Clear have since taken over my toll account. (this was after inital problems with broadband that held our install up for a week)
I have aparently been a Telstra Clear tolls account holder for over a week and a half and all my tolls have been routed through them without any autherisation from me.
I have not asked Telstra Clear for their services and I defenitly not asked them to do anything other that supply us with a line.
Initially i had to wait, on hold, for 45 minutes to set the phone number up, then 35 minutes to advise them the first time that they got it wrong.
Telstra Clear's service is 'average' at best but this is very poor.
