Hi all,
I've been pre ordered iphone 6 plus gold colour around 20 or 21 of sep.
My friend also order it 22 of sep same model but diffrent colour.
He received already but i didn't!!
I called online shop and talk to the manager she keep say to me this phone is too popular so i have to wait.
Why should i pre order then? and how come my friend got it before me??
they just broken the que at the middle and give to someone else at the back of the que.
So upset about their customer service and attitude.
Anyone still haven't receaived iphone 6 plus??

you answered your own question

You chose different colours which puts you in different queues

more people chose your colour and before you

less people chose the colour your friend or pre ordered that colour ahead of him



Unless Vodafone get blank iphones and paint them before they post them, in which case I'm not sure what happened

not sure the point of this thread, as predated said its a different colour phone. Certainly not customer services fault. 


I can reassure the world won't end.

I think pre order means order the phone before the release. So, once phone arrives in NZ, they need to allocated to pre order buyer first rather than selling into the shop.

 

 

They obviously set up the stock level in the online shop system because I tried to order 64GB but no longer avaliable. that is why i odered 16gb.

 

 

This means VF should know how much they can stock in online shop.

 

 

That is why am asking above, anyone haven't received iphone6 plus even though pre ordering?
