About a month ago i started experiencing periods of about 10 - 60 minutes where i would get somewhere between 20 and 60% packet loss, this happens almost every day and usually happens multiple times in one day. The first time it happened, two people i know in surrounding areas (Woolston and Avondale) had the same issue, and one person has been having issues since, i don't know about the other person. I tried contacting Vodafone, but its like talking to a brick wall, so any help here will be appreciated.
Things i have tried:
- Connecting to the modem directly via Ethernet and USB.
- Turning everything off and back on again.
- Checking cables are plugged in correctly.
- Contacting Vodafone.

The "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" errors are rare, but the DCC-ACK errors are very common.
