Signed up with Vodafone in July 2014 on a naked 100/20 fiber plan (initially $85 per month). Had a good 6 months of being overcharged (for the non-naked plan) and having to call each month to get it resolved (see http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=40&topicid=154565).
Overcharging issues were properly fixed around Janurary 2015 (or so i thought).
Up until November's bill i've been paying $89.98 per month (incl mobile discount), then suddenly in december my plan charges go up to 108.99 per month.
Called voda support and was told that the $89.98 per month was only due to a discount related to my 12 month contract (which would of expired in July 2015, so doesn't seem related to me), was offered a similar discounted plan as long as i signed up for another 12 month contract.
The plan is still $90 per month here (http://www.vodafone.co.nz/broadband/naked-ultra-fast-fibre/) and can't see any mention of a discount which only applies a limited time.
Hopefully someone at vodafone see this and can help me out, don't really want to have to go through another 6 month ordeal to get this resolved.
