How long does it generally take from application submitting to fusion connection?

Is there any reason why you are going to xNet over other ISP's ?
Because every month (since they released the Fusion plan) they have massive speed issues, that they still have not resolved or even acknowledged.

...because he is already an XNet customer and simply wants to change to NDSL.

For me the whole process took a week plus a couple of days to complete the number port.  During that time my Telecom number was customer linked and there was only a couple of hours of outage.

Oh, and the Wednesday of that week was a statutory holiday, if I remember correctly.

I was one of the first to get it. I applied for it on the 7th of January. Was told it could take up to 10 days then in the afternoon of the same day had a phone call from them telling me it would be done on Wednesday the 9th which it was and my outage was only about 20 minutes. Mind you I did relinquish my landline number and kept to my VFX number. I certainly dont regret the move as I am saving $20 - $25 month and call quality is as good as old landline phone
