Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if I could potentially use the modem connected to the testra STB as a modem for computer?

Thank you

To expand on @sbiddle, the modem is physically identical to the PC one, but is logically connected to different part of the network. In particular, it's not connected to the Internet; nor can you use it to talk to anything other than the TV system servers (i.e. the electronic programme guide and the pay per view system). If you had a PC connected to the STB modem and another in the same room but connected to a TCL ISP modem they could not communicate via the cable modems.
