Due to the very long international issue, and the lack of service that we are paying for, has anyone asked for a refund or at least a credit or discount towards their bills for services that are not be provided?
I am on FS down and FS up and as for alot of us the international issue is a joke, as basically peak time and we are screwed, I play MMos and peak time is when i use it the most for gaming, and for the last 2 months have been getting terrible lag to the US where the servers are hosted, affecting my gameplay...
Whats been the outcomes for people who have asked for refunds as im about to send my email complaining.
