I am in Christchurch and on the Xnet pay per meg but have had no internet since midday. Is anyone out there on Xnet and able to confirm that Xnet is ok and its my connection. I have had to resort to their free dial up service which is pretty handy for a back up but just not broadband.

Many thanks.

Yes, sorry I forgot to say, I tried phoning but couldn't get through to the help desk after about 15 mins on hold i guessed that there was a problem with it and everyone had been phoning them blocking up the lines.

Now when I phone they ask you to leave a message as the help line is only open until 4pm on a Sunday.

Ditto - I'm in Amberley on Xnet Fusion - Internet has been fine all day...
